  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, with a sprinkle of salt dissolved within, then add the pasta, cook according to package instructions.
  2. Wash and slice the bell peppers into thin strips/cubes, peel and finely chop garlic, set aside.
  3. Once pasta is cooked, drain well, removing all the water from the pan. Add in the bell pepper, garlic, and whole olives. Drizzle on the cream, followed by Italian herbs, salt and pepper.
  4. Leave flavours to infuse with the lid on the pasta for 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
